Sledgehammer and pull ups
One arm presses still getting cranked out but in a week or two I should have my 8 lb wrist lever parallel to the ground. So far mostly just working up to a heavy rep or two then backing down to a few light sets of 8-12 reps, then just some playing around with tosses and swings. Pull ups(+16 lbs) are on grease the groove mode. Running about 8-15 reps per day spread out with a few done in an hour or so then a few hours later. Will test soon(This weekend? Or next?) and increase the reps to two per set. Volume will stay the same for the first week, about 8-15 reps total per day.
