🍕 Pizza Omlette 🍳! Today has been a bit of a struggle. I weighed myself to find I haven't lost any weight 😞 and I stuck to plan (other than not eating many Syns) 🍫 I spoke to an advisor online and they said I should try and incorporate more Syns to see if that helps my loss! I'm a bit wary of it but thought one week of giving it a go is worth it! Today I ate the following: - Pear - Apple 🍎 - Kiwi - Mullerlight Cherry Bakewell 🍒 (F) - Homemade syn free chilli and rice 🌶 - Chicken & sweetcorn mug shot (F) - Weightwatchers cookies and chocolate biscuit 🍪 (8.5 Syns) - Toffee mullerlight with half a pear and half a banana - options chocolate and mini marshmallows (5 syns) 🍰13.5 Syns 🍨 ----- I have eaten a lot today but the majority has been free and speed food!
