THE EPISODE IS FINALLY OUT! This week, we had the absolute honor of interviewing one of the most prolific monster creators on the internet right now, TREVOR HENDERSON (!!!!).
What a cool creative dude, this is probably my favorite interview to date! We go into his creations, how Godzilla shaped his youth, the importance of art and creativity, his own artistic process, our favorite found footage horror movies, and of course gush about one of his favorite Godzilla movies - EBIRAH, HORROR OF THE DEEP!

“I would see lots of stuff while driving a truck cross country. Your eyes play tricks. This though, It looked like something someone had built out there, like a gigantic scarecrow. It was set up by the road, almost a silhouette to me. When I drove back that way, it was gone.”
Trevor has made a lot of cool stuff and he has definitely improved massively over the years, but something about this illustration of Siren Head has stuck with me the most. The shading and how Siren Head's body is lit looks perfect. It's one of Trevor's most convincing photos for me personally. I remember being blown away from how genuinely real this illustration looked when I first saw it.
The background brings it all together. This photo of dusk that looks both breathtaking and a bit eerie. It's easy to see how your eyes could play tricks on you here as the caption states. It's not dark to the point where you can barely see anything, but it's not bright enough to fully make out what you're seeing. Making you second guess yourself. It's all very surreal.
The Creature with Sirens
(In light of the recent news about a Siren Head Movie)
Anything Zach Cregger touches has my attention. I hope Trevor Henderson gets fairly compensated/credited for his work and is able to give input into the script to do right by his creation.
