I like to think I'm graceful when in actual fact I'm a complete clumsy fool 💪 Today I had a go on some silks (technically a sling but still) for the first time and felt like I had grown wings! There's nothing quite like swinging around in the air upside down that gets your adrenaline pumping and your endorphins flowing. I was brought back to being a kid swinging around on the monkey bars again ❤ ...
