GPX!! Hi! Holy Hell, we've missed you. How are you? We finally got the Tumblr set up again and are back to lurking. (@/callsign-asbestos was hacked) Did a quick doom scroll of the blog and saw the 'Knot Headcanon post. We have a couple for you, courtesy of our 'Knotlings.
Someone (probably Shawn or Jim) keeps track of Sid's caffeine intake, especially during crazy tour cycles. Once he surpasses ~500 mgs, they cut him off. (This became a rule after a particularly brutal set one night. They just reached wherever the hell they were sleeping for the night, when Sid pretty much starts climbing the walls. Nobody slept that night.)
Joey is a force to be reckoned with. When he gets stressed or tired, he skips words and goes straight to biting. Corey learned the hard way with a poorly timed joke. It was not pretty.
Jim is 100% the Tired Dad™ of the group. Between Corey's anger and Sid's chaos, he just wants to relax for like five minutes. Used to sneak off with Craig and his guitar, just for some alone time.
Based on some previous posts, our Sid, and Sid's consistent strange patterns, we HC that he also has arfid. He gives the vibes of chucking beans across the room if they are present, skipping breakfast consistently due to the lack of edible foods available, especially on tour, and absolutely being horrified going to restaurants, since he's a bit too embarrassed to need the kid's menu still. (Joey or Shawn usually asks for him:)
Chris is absolutely petrified of being alone in the dark. They keep a nightlight in/near his bunk, since he'll either wake up screaming, or go sleep on top of someone else. None of them knows why he's so scared, but they deal with it anyway.

As for the Headcanons, i LOVE them! I feel like the 3. One is really accurate to jim lol. My fave is the 4. One because i really feel sid on being scared to go to new restaurants and skipping breakfasts due to lack of save food. I really feel that one. Thank you for sending me these!

Sid:
- he has a soft spot for goth clothing, but only when you wear it
- maybe that's because you led him to it through your development
- you didn't always dress like this
- in the past you didn't put much thought into what you wore, you just took
what you get
- you were already a couple back then
- at some point it clicked and you dressed differently
- Sid thought it was a bit weird at first, he didn't think your new look was bad it's not like that, but you just looked different, not like when he first met you
- but the way Sid is, he thinks it makes you dangerous, and he thinks that's hot
- it also has a plus point, now Sid doesn't have to worry about unwanted pairs of eyes looking at you
- also your taste in music has changed
- of course you always supported his music, listened to it, but you never listened to more than Slipknot
- now you have discovered your passion for metal, which Sid is very happy about, because you can visit concerts of this kind together
- extra: with his oversize jumpsuits he wears at gigs he has one of your bracelets on each arm, so he is not only closer to you but can also work at the mixing desk without the sleeves slipping down
Joey:
- he loves your clothes with all his heart
- especially your jewelry and shoes
- if you have the same shoe size he wears your boots to Murderdolls gigs
- when you come home with new bracelets he asks you to show them to him
- you do it proudly of course, want to show off your new achievements
- Joey looks at everything examining, already considers which he can steal from time to time
- sometime later you want to wear a new bracelet, but it's not there
- "Joey! Have you seen my bracelet?"
- you enter the room he is in, he hides his hand behind his back. "No?"
- you walk up to him and pull his hand out from behind his back. Your bracelet dangles around his wrist. "If you like my jewelry so much why don't you buy the exact same thing? Why don't we go partnered?" You suggest
- Joey, of course, is thrilled. But only goes along on one condition. "You pick out the jewelry and I buy it."
- that's how it comes that you often wear the same accessories
Chris:
- as soon as he sees you in fishnet clothes something stirs inside him, he just loves it
- on those days he can't tear his eyes away from you
- all the time they are on you, not craving or anything, just desiring, like you are the most valuable thing this world has ever produced
- but not only his gaze is constantly on you, but also his hands
- he runs his fingers over the black squares, touching your skin and giving you goose bumps
- at the beginning he found your reaction to his touch cute, now he finds it endearing
Mick:
- this big man loves to kiss you
- it looks quite funny when you wear chains with spikes
- he bends down to you and cups your jaw lovingly as if you were fragile
- at the same time he touches your chain and gets pricked
- he slowly lets his gaze wander from your eyes, over your beautiful face and then finally to your necklace
- he exhales as he pushes his hand further up to your cheek, so high that his arm no longer touches the spikes, bending his arms more, pulling them away from you
- you grin innocently and lean against him
- He releases a hand from your cheek, caresses your waist, he leans to your ear and whispers. "I can't wait to rip that chain off your neck." As he says this he is careful not to get too close to your neck, you blush
- Mick spreads light kisses from your cheek to your lips, in between he pulls away. "I love when you blush."
Corey:
- when you get ready you listen to metal songs
- Corey, who is usually in the room right next to you, hears the music come on
- he waits a moment for you to put on your clothes, you already sing along with the music
- after a short time he comes rushing into your room, all excited
- he loves to sing with you (roar with you)
- often the whole situation drags out from just dressing up, a kind of duet emerges
- despite everything you try to pick out suitable jewelry for your look
- singing Corey points at bracelets, necklaces and belts, suggests them to you
- now and then you take it and hold it to your body, sometimes you take it, sometimes you put it back in its place
- eventually you've done it and you're all dressed up
- you want to turn off the music but Corey holds you back. "One more song. Please?" He doesn't want the time with you to end
- you nod and together you sing at the top of your lungs, with as much emotion as you can muster

- Sid has wanted to kiss you ever since he realized his love for you. But didn't want to come over as pushy or disrespectful.
- As a way to get a little closer to, he... got closer to you in a literal sense. Sitting close to you, hanging around and demanding to be babysat by you.
- Babysitting means that you have to keep him in line while waiting backstage.
- "(Y/n)! Where is Sid!" Shawn question. "He's right here." You say, pointing to the man in question standing right next to you.
- Right before the show was about to start, Sid is as hyper as ever. Running back and forth to get rid of that extra energy.
- You wish the band all good luck before they go on. And the show is as amazing as always.
- You came after the show to help the band cool down and stuff. Sid ran up to you, tore off his mask and trapped you in a rough kiss! His hands-on your cheeks.
- You're completely blown away by surprise but happily kiss him back, no matter how sweaty he might have been.
- Sid pulls away and laughs as you now got a bit of black paint on your face from him.
- You laugh and try to wipe it off, but it's no use. Sid just kisses you again.

1# Joey Jordison:
-The first few weeks of your relationship were awkward, to say the least.
- The moment the first kiss between the two of you happened was quite a cliche.
- You see, you just finished a fun dinner date with Joey. And he took you back to your house.
- The drummer had a moment of clarity when he saw you glow under the porch light.
- You noticed him looking at you with big blue eyes, and you asked him what the matter was.
- He ponders and contemplates what he is about to do. Then he says "Fuck it." Grabs you by your collar and pulls you into a rough kiss.
- Naturally, you're caught by complete surprise. Much to his relief, you eased and kissed him back.
- He wraps his arms around your neck to keep you close to him. He wants this moment to mean something. As if your relationship is truly official this time.
- He pulls back, the two of you staring at each other with blushing faces. Which caused you both to laugh and press your forehead against his.
- "I'll see you tomorrow, rockstar." You say playfully, stroking one strand of his hair before going inside your house.
- Joey stands there for a moment to think. He has finally done it! And kissing you felt amazing.
- He'll happily kiss you again!

1.2# Jay Weinberg:
- His every first audition to join the band and be a filler for Joey.
- And he thought his nerves are trying to kill him. As he sat there waiting, his legs quivering.
- "Hey." You call for his attention, you're sitting right next to him. He runs a hand through his hair and turns his head to face you.
- "Even I can hardly believe it, don't pay attention to the eyes on you. Hold your attention on the music and the rhythm." You say, reaching over to pat Jay on the shoulder.
- Jay smiles at you and then gets called in for his audition.
- It's only natural that he's hella nervous, playing before his heroes is a big deal.
- He has finished and got chosen as filler! Hooray!
- Jay runs up to you full of joy. Wraps you in his arms and embraces you tightly.
- And in a moment of he's so overjoyed, he kisses you on the lips.
- He doesn't wait for a response, he lets go and goes outside to catch some fresh air.

2# Paul Gray:
- A relationship started, a few days fresh.
- Everything was fine and dandy, and Paul could tell that you wanted to move further.
- He admits he was a little nervous as you started to hook your arm around his as you walked around with him.
- It was a nice day to take a walk out and get some fresh air. You need that every once in a while don't you?
- It was pleasant, the two of you walking together hand in hand. Talking about whatever came to mind.
- Paul suggested getting a snack and a drink at the random coffee place he pointed at. Then he volunteered to get something to eat while you wait outside.
- You agreed and wait for him to return. While you're waiting a random person walks up to you and starts to talk to you. Asking very pushy questions that you answered as vaguely as possible.
- Then this person started to flirt with you (If you could call it that...) It wasn't the best flirting and you weren't really impressed with this stranger's attempts to woo you. Besides
- Paul returns with some snacks and drinks and spots this person making you visibly uncomfortable. So he walks up to you, loudly announces his presence and gives you a quick and chaste kiss on your lips.
- The person who flirted with you seemed to understand what was going on, apologized and left the two of you alone.

2.2# Alessandro Venturella:
- Naturally, you got incredibly worried when you heard that Alessandro got rushed to the hospital after he fainted from dehydration. Within minutes you were there in the hospital's waiting room, waiting for any news on his condition.
- Once you announce to the medical staff that you're his significant other (of a few weeks), they were willing to share more information on his recovery.
- For the following week after his release from the hospital, you were above and beyond paranoid and worried. And Alex can already tell that this incident rightfully scared the living daylights out of you.
- Of course, he noticed how increasingly caring you become, making sure he was alright and always drinking the right amount of water in a day. Just to make sure nothing bad like that would happen again.
- He loves how much you care about him, yes he does. However, your constant worrying gets on his nerves a little. He loves you, he does. But please, he's a grown man...
- And it only got worse as another show is creeping up, causing your nervousness to spike up again. Hours before the gig starts, you're even more nervous that the band themselves.
- Even Sid had told you to calm down, "everything's gonna be fine," he said.
- But really it was Alex who had to calm you down, with a hand rubbing your back soothingly and gently voices he managed to ease your worries.
- "I'm gonna be fine, love." He says with a reassuring smile, you can't help but look at him and smile back.
- Then he leans forward to give you a gentle kiss, and your worries cease completely. He promises to give more kisses after the show is done.

3# Chris Fehn:
- A funny thing Chris likes to do, poking your cheek with the nose of his mask and saying "muah!" very loudly.
- But it's not a real kiss now, is it?
- It was all fun and games in the beginning until you decided to take it a step further. You attempt to give Chris's mask an Eskimo kiss. Y'know? Rub your noses together affectionately.
- It was funny the first time, Chris got all stupid and confused as he watches you touch the tip of the mask's nose with your own. But he thought it was cute nonetheless. There are some pictures to be found of it online.
- But eventually, it got old, and you wanted more...
- It was a very fleeting kiss, almost nonchalant which left him yearning for more almost right away.
- Hours before a show was about to start, and just before Chris is about to put some grease on his face. You walked up behind him.
- You lean forward over his shoulder, take his still clean face in your hand and press a quick kiss right on his lips.
- "knock them dead, babe." You say with a wink and then leave so suddenly to help where help is needed.
- Error. Chris_Fehn.ExE cannot be found. Reboot the system, please.

3.2# Tortilla man:
- In Stage persona, he's either like an uncontrollable toddler or an uncontrollable dog or both.
- Normally he's still quite energetic and animated, but not as crazy as on stage. The controlled crazy with basic human decency.
- Like most energetic people, he sometimes needs a moment to gather all that infamous energy again. Usually, it's sitting on the sofa in silence with some sugary drink.
- He can still be quite riled up for a long time after shows. What helped him relax is; some water, a towel and you telling him how great he was in the show. Your praise always makes him happy :)
- It has become a running gag amongst the band, that whenever Micheal is too out of control, you get called to tame him. Both you and he can laugh about it as well.
- But really though, when Micheal returns from one long and tiring tour, he wants nothing more than to relax on the sofa in your arms with some hot beverage.
- And it was in one of those relaxing moments where the first kiss happened between you and him.
- While watching a movie on the sofa together, you nonchalantly rest your mouth in the top of his head as he is resting on your shoulder. Of course, he feels that you're lightly kissing his head and he thinks it's time.
- Lifting his head he looks straight at you and places a gentle kiss on your own lips. Probably one of the softest kisses you've ever had.
- You could only give him an adorable stupid smile and resume the movie together. It was at that moment the relationship felt official for real aside from declaring.

- It was a friends-to-lovers type of relationship. But the both of you are still very nervous, despite being experienced in previous relationships.
- However, it slowly got closer. A little more touching here and there, the usual stuff.
- During the times that the band was a tough time. It was rough for everyone.
- You did your best to support the band of course. Sometimes you take Jim away from the stress to help clear his head.
- After you caught him in the middle of a breakdown, you demanded he'd go get therapy and get his life together again.
- Jim really can't say no to your begging and agreed to go to a psychologist and sort out his problems.
- According to his psychologist, your support to him is already a great help to his mental recovery, that's nice to hear.
- As a way to thank you for all you have done for him. Jim gives you a chaste kiss, blushing mad as he turns away quickly. Unable to look you in the eye.
- You pull Jim back and kiss him properly this time.
- He returns to gesture immediately.

5# Craig Jones:
- Craig is like a cactus. Mind the spikes, right?
- While in a relationship with him, you made it a habit to kiss the closed zipper of his mask.
-However, Craig feels a little guilty for not returning your affections. You're his beloved after all.
- So, at one moment just before a show. You're helping Craig with his mask, replacing a nail that got broken off.
- And just before you help Craig put on the mask. He stops you and leans forward to kiss you.
- Sid saw it and started cheering loudly. Causing poor Craig to turn all red in the face.
- The kiss was very chaste and only lasted for 2 fleeting seconds, then he put on the mask himself. And was gone before you could process anything.
- Naturally, Craig didn't make any comment on it and left for the show.
- During the whole show, Craig felt like he was burning alive. Even more so than usual.
- How the hell is he gonna confront you when the show is done!?

6# Shawn Crahan:
- It was on your very first date. A very simple date, since Shawn just got a tour behind his back and needs some rest. Just a dinner date and a walk through the nearby park.
- The dinner date was a little awkward at first, but that's normal on a first date. The situation got a lot more comfortable as you got to know each other. Turns out that the two of you have much in common, and you liked Shawn's philosophy and the way he talks about his experience in the band and overall life.
- The dinner got fun as the awkwardness was broken. Telling each other interesting stories, and overall more bonding. It was a very nice and calm evening, a nice change from all the chaos.
- After dinner, it was time for the walk. The date was during the summertime so it's still light outside as the two of you go for a walk. Arms locked together.
- You actually know this park rather well, and so you take your date out to all the best places in the park and show him all the prettiest sightings. especially in the evening dusk, there are some beautiful sights to see in the old park.
- Shawn thought it was enchanting and it helped him relieve some stress he had while admiring the glow you had in the evening sunset.
- And the moment it turned darker, Shawn decided it was time to bring you home.
- Throughout the whole ride home, he keeps talking about how much of a good time he had with you and is already planning a second date.
- And when he set you off at your place, you stopped him before he could leave, giving him a kiss in a way to thank him for the good time you had.
- It took Shawn a moment to recollect himself.

7# Mick Thomson:
- You're a known reporter in your city. That's one of the core things about how you met Mick.
- And you hooked one of your reporter friends to an interview with him.
- Well... Mick didn't find it funny. Not because of you mind you. He has been a little irritated These past few days, from things he wouldn't say as he wanted to sort it out himself.
- And before the interview started, Mick is standing next to you waiting, and complaining all the way.
- You try your best to keep him calm, but not much seems to be working. He's just sitting there all grumpy.
- he told you that he doesn't even know why he's so frustrated. Most likely he's still tense from the latest tour he had with the band, you can understand that.
- Right before the interview is about to be behind, you grand him one last speech of encouragement and stuff.
- Then you pull him towards you to kiss him. His facial hair tickles and you can't help but smile in the kiss.
- When you pull away, you promise him more kisses after the interview. And you push him towards the room where the interview takes place.
- Mick felt a little distracted the entire interview.

8# Corey Taylor:
- During your first few weeks together with him. Things were tough for Corey...
- You did everything in your power to help him and set him on a straight line.
- You helped him so much in those times you have no idea. And for all that you have done for him. Corey's love for you only grew stronger.
- He felt the need to return the favour, and repay you for your help. But how?
- It was a calm moment, You and Corey are in your shared bed cuddling. His head on your chest and his legs in between yours as you lay there with him.
- Suddenly, his grip on you tightens. You ask him if he's alright, and his first response was a groan as he squirms into a different position.
- "I love you... so much. You have no idea..." He says with a sincere tone. That comment alone made your heart do an impressive front flip!
- He leans up to face you, "I can show you like this." And before you could respond he gently kisses you on your lips.
- Corey's mood only brightens when he feels you kiss him back.
- The first kiss ended in the first make-out. :)

I had lost interest in writing for Slipknot, I had an exam coming and I was working hard the whole summer vacation.

Imagine playing with joeys hair!! How silky it would be, running your fingers through it, giggling at every small 'owch!' when you hit a knot or tangle <3 Imagine braiding his hair into small little plaits or braids and making him sleep with them on so he has wavy hair in the morning (which he'll have to straighten before going out lol). Imagine you both having long hair, dying your hair together and calling it a date. Brushing locks back behind joeys ears so hair doesnt get caught in his mouth <33
