in my copy of on the road the original names are used, so dean moriarty is neal cassady and there is no mention of a Dean but some of a Cas if you black the sady out and i think that's cool

#WheelWednesday 2018 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon #Repost from @plum_craziness ... Demon rims have an arrow machined into the lip. One question I get asked a lot: what is slippage? Slippage is when the first layer of dermis on the skin comes off because of bacteria. It's basically an early stage of rot, but doesn't smell bad or anything. Slipping skin sucks for taxidermists because the hair slides right off with the dermis. The first two images don't show slipping. Spots of missing hair like that can be from animal rubbing it's body against something (appropriately called rubs) or scarring from a healed injury. You can still see hair on the rub and when that hair is pulled it's still tight in place. The last three images show slippage. The first on the same rabbit's ear and the last two of slippage on a deer ear. Ears are especially prone to slippage because they're thin, so they thaw much quicker than the rest of the animal if frozen. Most of the deer that come in to us frozen have some sort of slip on them after tanning because of this and because most people don't understand how sensitive the ears are so they body isn't frozen quick enough in the first place. The heat from your hands can even make an ear slip if not worked up quick enough. You can see in the last photo how the skin and hair peels away similarly to sunburnt skin. So what do we do to fix this? It depends how bad it is and where on the animal it's located. Sometimes we will cut the entire section out and then sew it together without that section. This is also what we do for rubs. If it's on the ear, small, or we can't afford to cut out that much skin we paint the section to look like scarring.
