sooo true though. i don't even understand why they do though. it's not like we're hurting ourselves, we're just making ourselves better.

Nope. I feel you. I hate working out in front of the fam.
right?? it weirds me out. i think it's because even though we're so strong when we work out, because most of us are safe at home and even though home is home, we're not at home inside ourselves yet? you feel me? like the house is suppose to be a haven?

Aww man :( I mean at the gym I'm fine, at first I was a little weirded out but something in me has changed where I can handle that. If that's something you're trying to combat, i wish you the best of luck Mandy! x)

When I lived at home, my Mom would cheer me on, so I never had that problem. But I refuse to workout in front of my boyfriend!
huh that's an interesting twist to something. if i had a bf idk how i'd feel about doing it in front of him because i've never been in that sitch. i imagine it's somewhat similar tho
