Absolute insane idea, but you want chaos. So what if homeless Sirius broke into Remus' car because he needed a place to sleep and lays down in the backseat under a blanket.
In the morning Remus enters the car and, since his car is always kind of a mess, doesn't notice him. So he starts driving and Sirius doesn't say anything, just staying real quiet under the blanket. Remus parks the car and goes to work. Sirius decides to stay.
And so Remus keeps driving around for weeks with Sirius in the car without knowing, and Sirius is slowly starting to grow fond of this messy guy who keeps quietly talking to himself in traffic and places his groceries ontop of him so nicely!
He stays hidden until one day, Remus ends up in a carjacking situation and is threatened. That's when Sirius pops up from behind and just straight up murders the perpetrator. (Maybe he was an ex-convict and that's why he's homless).

They hurt Sirius in front of Remus to make him talk but Sirius keeps begging him not to tell anything and is so terrified that he will.
I'm not goings to go into details 😅 (but I could!) but it goes on and on and Remus is so close to just tell them because he can't listen to Sirius' screams anymore. But then the DEs suddenly disperse - not without setting the flat/house on fire first.
Remus manages to free himself from where he is tied to a chair and drags the half conscious Sirius out.
This could have a happy end if you want one but I would have to figure that out 😅 Hope this can cheer you up💕

Meet cute idea, Remus is constantly (mildly) sick and Sirius works in the pharmacy closest to him. They start flirting over reasonable use of ibuprofen and the best heat plasters

anyways, yes yes i totally see your vision! ofc sirius doesn't want remus to be unwell but also if remus doesn't come in at least once or twice a week sirius gets so mopey and upset because he misses their fun banter about the newest drugs that remus is trying out for his arthritic pain or for his allergies or whatever else he's got going on! one time, lily comes in with remus's insurance card to pick up his medicine for him and sirius SPIRALS. is remus so unwell he can't even leave the house? is remus dying? (lily is literally just picking up remus's monthly antidepressants + new arthritis meds, nothing to indicate he's dying but YOU NEVER KNOW!) what is happening? is this remus's secret GIRLFRIEND? is he straight after all?? why was he wearing a rainbow pin that one time if he's straight? why did he talk to sirius about drag race if he's straight? sirius binged all seasons just because remus mentioned watching it once while he was stuck in bed with the flu. it hasn't come up in conversation since but you never know, best to be prepared...
anyways sirius is VERY upset about seeing lily pick up remus's medicine, so when remus walks in a week later, looking a bit pale but otherwise normal, sirius is so happy to see him he just wants to jump over the counter and hug him and kiss his forehead sloppy style. he of course doesn't, he's a true professional!! so he just gives him ALL the free samples he can find and asks remus how he's been and remus mentiones having a stomach bug which is why he sent his flatmate to pick up his meds (sirius cheers internally!!! SHE WAS JUST A FLATMATE!!!), sirius jokes about missing remus while he was sick to which remus blushes intensely, and is instantly embarrassed about being a regular at the pharmacy but when sirius tries to reassure remus that he was genuine and that he looks forward to remus's visits another customer walks in and remus runs away..
