We had limited space for our framed objects, so they were becoming quite scattered throughout the various storage spaces. We relocated our file cabinets, regrouped our framed works by size and expanded and strengthened our slotted shelving using lumber and “L-brackets”. Previously, the slotted shelving units had been resting directly on the file cabinets. Now, the framed works are much more accessible and a proper inventory can be done. We padded the surfaces using polyethylene foam.
