I finished Sharp Objects by Gillian Flynn today and in between starting and finishing the book, I read 19 other books. Sharp Objects is like, 250 pages.

Slow read

Started this like 2 days ago … only on page 80 of 504 😅 (considering I’ve finished 10 other books this month already (3 of them were under 50 pages 😂) this is slow🙈)

And I have it and another 410 page book due back at the library in 6 days and they both have holds 🙃

Hopefully since I’m done preparing for the concert I went to last night I’ll have more time to read 🤞😂

Although I’m having this read to me on audio it still feels really slow going … it’s almost 25 hours long and I’m listening to it at 2.2 speed … but it still feels slow 🫤
