If I’m being honest, I’m really struggling right now...And it’s coming through in how I ride my horse. I want to fill my @womensprofessionalrodeoassn permit so bad that I’m not even *riding* my horse! I’m up there, yes, but he’s strong, knows how to run and this weekend I was pretty much just a passenger. I didn’t help him much... And that’s my job — to be his leader. . . So it’s time to slow down, take a breath, remind ourselves that we have the skills and the ability to do what I want, but we need to find “real time”. . . I’m really only competing against who I was yesterday. No one else.
