So this is a very old WIP called Something Lost and Something Found. I intend for it to be a four book series combining the best parts of the YA "im the chosen one" tropes with a bit of ✨gae✨, shameless yearning, dystopian horror, characters being unapolagetically down bad for eachother, and general chaos. It involves hidden metaphors, sexual identity, loss, among others. I also try to accurately depict trauma and physical disability, addiction, religious and sexual trauma and violence, cults, death, abandonment, and political violence. Think the Shadow and Bone series meets Brave New World, they fuck on the grave of Mary Shelly, and fucked up little love child is delivered by Donna Tarrt. And the zodiac is there. For some reason.
And now, my little sluts characters:
Elaina Rose DeLuca: (She/Her, 21) The protagonist of our fist book. She's our scrappy little thief, fiercely loyal, and a self proclaimed dumbass. We still love her. She's not to keen on this whole "politics" thing, but its how she's gonna get revenge. Also somehow the girliest of the girls. But in a "Look what you made me do" Taylor Swift way. Fun fact: She unironically loves unflavored ice cream (like the milk flavored Haagen Das). The epitome of "I'm just a girl" Song: Dancing Queen, ABBA
William James Montgomery Hannover: (He/Him, 20) William is the epitome of "I'm just a boy". He has zero sense of how much money is a lot, major Kim Kardashian energy. He is an orange cat that somehow made its way into a human body. He is also somehow the most emotionally mature character in this book. He's a himbo with a love of classic literature. Fun Fact: Despite being like 6'2 and built like a professional football player, he can play the piano, harp, and violin. Song: Die Young, Kesha
Castial Rhys ?: (She/Her primarialy which i will use here, but sometimes He/Him, 18) Hoo boy. This is a bisexual disaster. @scrapplescribbles knows what this poor little dumbass has been through. She's unashamed to be a hoe, and we love that for her. She also somehow tripped and fell and is now the head of a cult/organized crime ring. Girliepop needs a nap and therapy, but the best we could do was a smoking habit and a few good friends. She's passionate about so many things, and the youngest member of the main cast. (She will get her own post at some point dw). My dude is just here becaus some prophecy said she had to be. Fun fact: She's never won a game of chess. Song: WAP or Everywhere I Go
Ethan Cato Hannover: (He/Him, 18) Ethan is the obligatory tall dark and handsome character in every fantasy novel, but a twink. However he also has the same energy of that one fun aunt you see once a year at christmas. He likes his privacy, but also likes to get into everyone elses gossip. Keeping him vague for now for plot purposes. Fun fact: he has never willingly watched reality tv, but lives for the drama. Song: Back to frineds, sombr
