I'm not letting my kids watch the X-Files.
Because every damn time I take a shower, I repeatedly check the drain to make sure that those horrible mutant slug things aren't going to come out of the drain to bite me. Every. Freaking. Time.
I've been debating watching that episode again as an adult to see if I recognize the 80's costuming and get over my fear, but it might just result in refreshing my issues.
