hehe my first revenge thats actually from this year, i do not play rainworld but slugcats are always cute so i decided to do your slugcats together just kinda jumping through some grass after something hehe, hope you like it

Special abilities-

Detach: Can detach tail to get away from predators, allows for a second chance to escape. Tail will regrow in two cycles, or at the cost of six food

Claws: can climb up walls without needing to jump, and can attack without a weapon

Design notes:

Long whiskers

Big ears (tattered at the tops)

Slender, but with thicker arms than most slug cats

Does not bleed when tail is detached

Gameplay notes

Danger music is almost always playing when they leave the den, but it starts off softly, and gets progressively louder when danger approaches 

Poor balance when tail drops

There is a dream every other cycle

Enemies are always aggressive

Distrustful of scavengers, music will go silent and will be replaced with a heartbeat that gets progressively louder. Despite this, Scavengers are rarely hostile and will sometimes let them cross for free.

Environment always has a slightly red overlay

Meet The Caregiver!

The Caregiver is a slugcat that remains adapted to the harsh snowy environment caused by the ice age. In comparison to Saint, they have a greater amount of fur that helps keep them warm far much longer in the snow without the use of lanterns. They have also obtained substantially larger paws. With their big surface area, they tread along the surface of snow with ease, and their size grants Caregiver the ability to utilize them as a great shoveling tool. However, the size of their paws inhibits their speed when excavating poles, BUT they excavate pipes much faster. Caregiver has no desire to ascend, as it has found its true purpose rescuing creatures unfortunate enough to be trapped in the snow. It knows how to make use of its environment and its resources to build sanctuaries for those not well-adapted to the merciless cold.
