I have committed myself to joy. I have come to realize that those who make space for joy, those who prefer nothing to joy, those who desire the utter reality, will most assuredly have it. We must not be afraid to announce it to refugees, slum dwellers, saddened prisoners, angry prophets. Now and then we must even announce it to ourselves. In this prison of now, in this cynical and sophisticated age, someone must believe in joy. Because I know the world is filled with troubles and many injustices. But reality is as beautiful as it is ugly. I think it is just as important to sing about beautiful days as it is to talk about slums. I just couldn't write anything without hope in it. As per now things are really hard to everyone but we need to appreciate the healthy life, we have each day now. Life which I always miss is in the slums like doing yoga, acroyoga, meditation and photography. 📸@olaambrosezoleka . . . . . #slumyoga #slumvillage #slumelife #quarantineworkout #yogahomepractice #photooftheday #photographylovers #yogachallenge #jump #yogaeverywhere #fun #lovelife #meditation #acroyogauganda🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬🇺🇬 #yogaflow #stayathome #healthyliving #staysafeeveryone #stayathomechallenge #travelling #uganda🇺🇬 #yogateacher #okurutgeorge (at kiwanataka) https://www.instagram.com/p/CAdH2m_Hn7g/?igshid=on9bxs6v1xwq
