Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school pressures, incessant lessons, video games, malls, and competitive sports. We usually don’t think of these influences as stressful for our kids, but often they are. The bustling pace of our children’s lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy—and usually not for the better. So from today onwards, am giving you advise to start taking your child for yoga classes because they are ones, which can bring back the happiness and joy to the face of the child than being taken by this stressful and depression world. Never underestimate the power of a beautiful mat — and these ones are pretty spectacular. It’s the same feeling of having cool neon sneaks that you can’t wait to show off at the gym. Having fitness gear that makes you happy makes you more motivated to use it. Because Yoga mats aren’t just pretty. The prints are all designed so yogis can track their alignment and posture during each and every pose, based on the lines and angles used. Hey, geometry does come in handy after all! The mats are also eco-friendly, made for everyone to practice on and I need to tell you that each day these children get a mat, even their practice changes because he/she becomes more commited than before. If you started your practice off the mat, with the best intentions of doing more yoga but have failed to live up to it, then now I tell you just get yourself a yoga then go with it to the yoga class or gym and then you tell us your experience. Children raised by parents who frequently scolded, criticized, or spanked them whenever they did the slightest thing wrong end up feeling that their very being is wrong-not just their actions. Some people fight against shame by striving for perfection. This is a way of compensating for an underlying sense of defectiveness. The reasoning ( although subconscious) goes like this: "If I can become perfect, I'll never be shamed again." This quest for perfection is, of course, doomed to fail. Since the person suffering shame already feels inherently not good enough, nothing he or she does will ever be perceived as good enough. Therefore, continuing to expect perfection in yourself will cause you to constantly be disappointed and constantly damage your self-esteem. This is what most of the children go through in Africa, and now my work introducing them in yoga is to build their self-esteem to be strong and them to believe in themselves always, has they loose hope because of their parents, always what they tell them due to hunger emotions. Has I grew up, I was scolded, criticized, or spanked by my parents and I really lost hope in myself and that I affected me seriously and until when I started to practice yoga and meditation 🙏🙏 that's when I got back into my sense of life. So now join me in this journey of spreading yoga and meditation to different communities of Uganda 🇺🇬 because many children are suffering in silence. Smile of happiness after receiving the donation of yoga mats from @roottorize. At first they donated in shirts and now mats, seriously am so happy with the children even though these three mats are not yet enough. We need more for every child to get atleast one for the session. If you have any spare of yoga mat yoga, you are not using please just get in touch with me so that I can add on what I have for children to practice on something good because the ground is not favorable to train in please. Prison of Lies: Whatever is used that you think is needed to provide a false comfort becomes your prison. It's not right or wrong, but the key is to understand if the lie will truly provide what you think it will... The biggest misunderstanding there is of my writings is that the view of life I have today is the view I always had. To me, whoever is looked upon for inspiration or whatever, it should be noted that most likely they didn't always see things as they do now. I’m fortunate to have experienced two totally different ways of viewing life; my insights arise from here and it’s the reason why I share what I do. Having lived a lie for so many years has actually become my greatest asset. When I write about something it's always from a lesson that I learned, it's never about being smarter or knowing more than anyone else. What’s there is simply what’s there and that’s what's shared. When I talk about quietness or stillness it's because I lived the lie of noise. When there's talk of attachment, it's because the lie of attachment was my prison. Everyone who is alive experiences life, it's what's done with the experience that determines if it’s a prison or not. An example is if you think you need to have money to be happy, that will be your prison. It's not right or wrong, but the key is to understand if the thing will provide what you think it will. Deep down inside having money doesn’t change you; substitute money with anything. For me I went through a life of much suffering, always in prison to what my Conditioned Mind made me believe was needed; today I see this for the lie that it is. When I write something, it's because I can see the self serving prison I was stuck in; today I have been provided with awareness of the lie.
