For your Pennywise gem, would he have a special weapon to summon?? :o I can see him pulling balloons right outta his gem. And it can turn into like a mace(swinging ball with spikes on a chain).

(I could also see the spikes on that kind of a swinging ball being able to be retracted!! Kinda like how Steven can get spikes on his shield bubble! mmmmh this fits so perfectly!! aaah!
