Note to self: Don’t open any future shows with songs about Satan. We overcame a little glitch at the start of the broadcast to have a fantastic time with Slut Magic, which is pretty much a given if you’ve ever seen them live. When i go into the workout section, it doesnt have any workouts you can follow (like the one hundred workout). I was wondering if there are any workouts like that on the site? xo

Great! Unfortunately, no; it's more of a website for you to track your calorie consumption and outtake via exercise. You can:

Track your food

Track your exercise

Do weigh-ins

Join groups filled with people to encourage and motivate you

Read/write on message boards

And of course, you can update your own status/profile

But that's pretty much it. If you're looking for pre-made workouts, you should check out http://exercise.com/routines. They have full video workout routines that range in difficulty, intensity, and duration. There's something for everyone!<3
