I present to you Annabelle "Annie" Shelby-Cooper. Master thief and spy during the II World War. A strong-willed woman, smart, dangerous and coldhearted. Annie was Otto Van Cooper's daughter and Conner Cooper's mother. Her husband died when their son was still a kid, so she had to raised Conner by her own, until Clockwerk found her.
She invented a technique to hypnotize her enemies and force them to tell the truth. It was pretty useful, not only to her thefts, but also during her days as spy in the war. However she never wrote that technique in the Thievius Raccoonus because she thought it was an hability too dangerous and wanted to left her old life behind.
