I really want a spiralizer. That would be so magical.
Probably...?
...All my fitness journey problems come from my kitchen. By kitchen I mean place where I store food and cook meals (and also where me and my family eat, since we have no dining room).
The room is small and uncomfortable. It's lacking appropriate furniture, space, and simple coziness. All of this results in an additional mess every time I cook, which, in turn, means additional cleaning every time.
I love cooking but with this kitchen it is getting more and more depressive. I must confess that I'm trying to avoid cooking. I'm choosing meals that are easier to prepare instead of those that are healthier. Sometimes I just grab a candy or cookie instead of a meal or snack.
Of course, eating like that doesn't affect my body in a good way. I'm weak and sleepy all the time. My muscles get way too sore after my workouts and it takes a longer time for them to get back to normal. And this is why I often take days off.
I have no idea what to do. I can make myself cook but that makes me frustrated every time. But I can't keep eating crap and I can't afford going to restaurant every day... We already decided to start saving money so we can renovate our kitchen and make it more comfortable. But I have no idea how long it will take.
What shall I do until then? Any tips? I'd appreciate any advice. :)
