Mini-taper training log
Although I intended the Fargo Marathon to be a long run, I was also cognizant that the marathon is a different beast, so I needed to take things easy. Keeping that in mind, I did a mini-taper last week leading up to the marathon, keeping the paces normal, and taking every other day off.
