It's not even the extra calories. My brain is telling me 2000+ calories is too much. I use to restrict to 1500 calories. I just remember how miserable I was and how some nights I would cry cause I was hungry and then it caused a binge. Reminding myself of how far i've come helps. I'm sat with my family so hopefully that helps. I still have 1L of water to drink before shower and bed! Thank you xxx

yup :( it's definitely right side out. it feels like it's moving whenever i move my eye, so if i look down or to either side it's blurry around the edges. the other side is totally fine though! maybe my eyes are lopsided lolololol

thanks guys! :) <3 contact-wearing friends! i got it back in, and made sure it was clean and right-side-out :D i think my eye has just had it from being jabbed at more than usual. i'm hoping that once i take them both out for the night later, everything will have some time to re adjust lol.
