Realized I didn’t post this here WHOOPS sorry chat. This took me like a week and I stare at it every night bc it hangs above my bed. Progress pics below the cut :3

I’ve been working my ASS off on this and I couldn’t be more proud of how it turned out. Honestly one of my favorite pieces I’ve done in a while. But yea. I’m plagued by the horrors of the desert I fear.

Angst idea for it below the cut! CW for: Mind control, violence, death.

I like to imagine that Grian didn’t want to kill Scar, but rather was forced. The Watchers MADE him do it by taking control. It was a simple fist fight at first, but then the punches felt more forceful. He felt less connected to his body as the fight went on.

He manages to get Scar to the ground as horror fills him.

He wasn’t the one fighting. He didn’t want this.

He doesn’t have a say as his fist collides with Scar’s face, the force of what feels like a thousand hands behind it.

Scar didn’t move after that.
