Just gonna say, poor design making their touchpad centered with the laptop and not the keyboard. Can’t tell you how many times how many times a program would either be exited out of or messed with somehow because my right palm brushes against the screenpad while it’s on. -_- (¬_¬ )
My current relationship carries a lot of parallels to the one I grew up in. Affairs, blended family, step parents, step siblings. Except I play a different role.
I am no longer the baby, the one that gets away with everything, the one that doesn’t understand new rules and new relationships, the one that holds onto hope the parents will get back together.
I am the step mum. The one trying desperately to be a supporting role to the broken father. The one trying to create normality with routine and rules with the children.
I think about how my relationship with my step mum is very strained and forced. I think about the hurt I carry from the greatest rejection a little girl can receive from her father. I cry over the hurtful things my mother has said about my dad and step mum that blurred my perception of the situation. I feel the weight of having to be in the middle of my parents who will be forever tied to each other through me.
The one thing I have come to realize about my step mum is that she tried so hard to help shape and mold me into a kind human being. She tried everything to be a peace maker and to create a healthy and fun relationship with me and all I ever did was hate her.
My greatest fear about being a step mum is trying my hardest with my step daughters only to have them hate me no matter what.
Today is DEFINITELY not gonna be a happy one for me, folks. Now if you’ll excuse me, I got enough pent-up emotion in me to set off a riot that needs ironing out ✌

I feel like shit because I always tell myself to workout, but once I get home from work I go straight to the couch. WTFUCK man, I really need to get my shit together and work out so I can feel sexy again. Merp
I still can't believe I'm fan girling over this man. Actually, no, I can believe it. If I were to choose, It'd be him. Hands down! Having that knowledge is a plus, a man that actually cares about his faith life. Call me crazy, but I think our faith lives are more important than we think. Well it's not like I could really choose you know, it's kind of impossible. A 9 year gap? It's actually not bad. It's not even bad at all, well unless age matters to you. I, on the other hand don't mind, or well, I told myself my limit would be just a 5 year gap, but 9 years is as far as I'll go. No never mind, I take that back. You'll be the only one I'd go for with that gap. Other than that, I'm sticking to that 5 year thing I told myself. Doesn't really matter, as long as we have the same maturity level. Jeez, what am I saying? Lol. Well this is all just in my head anyways, so it's not like it's a plan or anything haha. Mkay, good night! Xoxo
