Quick chat with Ben about this weekend's Feige Vintage Fair
Nice little piece by Josh about someone I'm very interested in right now, Damacha. His sample-based music is very evocative of...something. I can't quite put my finger on what yet. For some reason he reminds me a bit of another guy I like, Lee. It's music whose melody and rhythm sort of come and go at times, morphing here, evolving there, but after a while you notice your head's been nodding the whole time. Good stuff.

SmartBeijing sits down with Nevin Domer of Genjing Records and Maybe Mars, records his entire life story. Read on for his stints in Korea, the early days of D-22, and why all of Beijing has seen his cousin naked.
never change, morgan.
Remember that Santa who took off his shirt at Dada and just walked around like that all night? Like a one-man New Jersey bachelorette party? Come on, guy. Put that shit back on. That could have been the drum 'n' bass though. It does that to people. Drum 'n' bass parties are like the Olympics of people you never ever want to give your cell phone number to. No offense, tweakers! And then remember that guy who came in dressed like William Shakespeare, for some reason, TAKING IT UP A MILLION NOTCHES. Who were you William Shakespeare guy! Where did you park your time machine!
