NO-BAKE DATE BALLS -2c pitted dried dates (whole or chopped) - 1 1/2TBSP unsweetened Almond Butter -1/4c unsweetened coconut flakes - 1 scoop Arbonne Vanilla protein Warm dates to make easy to smash. In bowl, mix warmed mashed dates, almond butter, & half of the coconut flakes. Mash everything together till it makes one big ball (yes, I used my hands but I made sure to first thoroughly wash and scrubbed beneath my nails prior to prep. It’s much easier to mix everything together with hands) Pinch off 1 1/2-2” ball of mix and palm roll into ball. Place remaining coconut flakes in plate and roll the ball in the coconut flakes to cover & serve!
