After a very long working day, I found the time to preparare this very easy "crostata" for breakfast and the spinach and ricotta cheese strudel for lunch.
With the right recipes and few tricks I've managed to work till 8,30 pm, prepare dinner, put Kids in bed and bake these two cakese.. well not exactly in the same order (Kids were too excited tonight and still awake while cake and strudel were ready!).
In the meantime I was trying to brainstorm ideas and put them in order for a presentation I'm working on about Demand management and S&OP processes...
Never stop doing!!!
