This was dinner a couple of nights ago - vinegar and salt smashed taters. They were delicious!! Small red potatoes were boiled and then individually smashed on a cookie sheet. Each smashed tater was topped with malt vinegar and kosher salt and then baked in the oven. The aroma was making my mouth water even before the smashed taters came out of the oven. After baking, the smashed taters were then topped off with more malt vinegar and a little salt.
