"We were asked to appear in a film called Smashing Time, starring Rita Tushingham, as a group called The Snarks. One scene – shot on a set meant to look like the Post Office Tower in central London – featured a party that ended up with a massive cream pie fight. I got one very short line, ‘Let’s do it!’ or something like that. Filming took place at studios in South Hampstead, and I remember walking home across Belsize Park Road covered in cream and having to take a bath to wash the stuff out of my hair. By the time this film was released we’d change our name to Tomorrow." — Steve Howe
