A bit sullen has the girl been; a bit slow to smile. It’s why she’s visited this world; Pooh and the others are so warm and bright that it’s impossible not to smile near then. Yet her quiet talk with Eeyore has apparently led to her insecurities reaching back all the way to Pooh — and now he’s in her arms as she sits, hugging her as tightly as the little plush can manage. She holds him back without hesitation.
“Oh, Pooh - Bear…” She smiles weakly, head tilting and then pressing a kiss to his head. He’s so sweet…but even that can’t quite assuage her fears. Pooh and the others love SORA — so what if they only love her because…
The teddy bear tightens his hold on her, and she finds herself smiling. It’s hard to argue with such care, isn’t it? “Oh, silly bear…I enjoy your company, too.” She holds him a little tighter, nuzzling into him. “Thank you for being so nice to me. Thank you so much.”
