Micro 10x10 lots for download (part one) 

Hey anon, thanks for confirming! As promised, here are some play tested lots - I hope you like them!

I feel like I need to mention that I am not a seasoned builder, in fact, my lots are more basic than basic so please do excuse any weird placements and such. My builds normally start off as shells, simply so that my town doesn't look as desolate, and then I work on the lot itself when I feel like I need more homes for my sims. I don't (and can't) really do anything fancy. Also, lot names have no rhyme or reason, I name on a whim lol

Not sure if it helps but:

I have most expansion packs installed except Pets, Island Paradise and Into the Future. I don’t have any stuff packs installed.

I never keep an eye on the overall lot price so you may need remove/replace stuff if you want to make them suitable as starter homes.

Mini Lot 15x10

I’m uploading this lot for a fellow simblr, so thought I may as well share it with all. Externally, it’s quite similar to my Petit Mint lot but internally, all I can say is I tried...

You can probably tell from the floorplans that the layout is a little strange and awkward? This is because it started out as a 1 bedroom home, but my town was growing at rapid speed and I needed to expand whatever lots I could...anyway, if you download this lot, please feel free to change whatever you want and need!

Tadaa ~~ I found him for ya! I decided to give Ed a proper post instead of my lazy add on thingy reblog, simply because my blog is a bit empty these days and because I think he’s cute.

CC wise, I can’t provide you with his full list, but I do recommend the following:

A few things:

I have a shit load of sliders installed - I’m not saying I’ve used them all, but I thought I should mention it. For an up to date and comprehensive list, I recommend checking Simtanico’s slider masterlist (scroll to the bottom).

I have no idea what make up he uses but I don’t think it’s a lot (compared to my other sims) - I say experiment!

Having said that, if you want him to look remotely similar to his pictures, please make sure you download the recommended CC above.

My body multiplier is set at 5 for the body and 3 for face.

As always, you can use him however way you like, I honestly don’t mind. Enjoy!

Simblreen 2021 - Gift 2

I know I know, it’s the same old t-shirt doing the rounds again but my skills are limited so this is the best you’re going to get from me!

This year I went with meshes that were kinder to comps because I’ve noticed a lot more people actually playing the game. I hope you like it!

Simblreen 2021 - Gift 1

I didn’t think I’d be able to participate in this year’s simblreen but here I am!! Hooray for coffee hahaha

A Simblreen(ish) sim for you

This cutie is an updated version of a sim I created last year (for some challenge thingy). Seeing as she’s just been sitting in my sim bin collecting dust, I thought she’d make the perfect sim to share for Simblreen. I’m really chuffed with how she looks, and I hope you like her too!

A few things:

If you want them to look anything like the picture, please make sure you download the recommended CC above. You don’t have to, of course, and experimenting with different skins is all part of the fun, but just don’t expect them to look the same...

I haven’t listed clothing or accessories because that’s personal preference. Neither have I mentioned anything make up related because I have far too many installed and most are without proper thumbnails so I couldn’t tell you even if I wanted to. I tend to stick to EA eyeliners, Tsminh’s blushes, and SClub’s eyelashes, oh, and a whole lot of Tifa!

I love using sliders so my sims may well be slider heavy. I have most sliders and highly recommend that you download everything by OEM. You should also check out Simtanico’s extremely comprehensive list of sliders (last updated August 2020).

Not sure if you need this but my body multiplier is set at 5 and 3 for the face.

Due to the level of customisation I’m not sure if these can be considered base sims, but they are sims you can use however way you like, I honestly don’t mind. Okay, I think that's it. I hope you enjoy!!
