The two children Alex has are her children with Krampus Puzzles by @alelathedragon I think that as a mother, Karen would be able to support Alex both emotionally and in terms of motherhood. They could talk for hours about such things, and Alex could look after the triplets while Karen worked
Their names are Oliver and Sicily. Two of the most beautiful twins. Oliver has his mother's temperament, an explosive but kind and pure-hearted boy, while Sicily is a shy but capable girl who is a little self-conscious about her legs and tail, which she inherited from Kramzzles And of course, Zack and Oliver would become best friends
