After Parker Finn’s Smile became a surprise horror hit a couple years ago, people started talking sequel. For his part, Finn had to be sold on the idea, because the last thing he wanted was to make a film that was simply a carbon copy or a retread of the first. So Finn, who wrote and directed both movies, said he didn’t really commit to a second film until he felt like he had a story that could stand on its own.

Smile 2 is now playing in theaters.

The sequel to Smile (called Breath of Sunshine) is nearly finished! Expect it within the next few hours!

Remember that this fic, like it's first installment, is very self indulgent. The main events in the main character's life and their feelings are based off of my own. This character discovers something about themselves, and that is a reflection of my own realization.

I hope this fic will be able to bring more comfort to those like me who really, really need a Hoseok in their lives. Writing this fic sure has been a way for me to come to terms with my own struggles as well.
