You can do it! One way that could help make it easier is having a 'treat day' where you pick one day out of the week where you treat yourself to your favorite chocolate or something. You just eat healthy during the other days thou. Just remember not to push yourself too hard!<3 Stay safe and look after yourself, okay?

5 Seconds of Summer

I've NEVER been like this to anything or anything except Finnick Odair. I was really surprised because I never thought I would be so gaga for anything; I thought that I'm really just kind of neutral to everything but I was wrong. I even made a Twitter account, and that itself is a big thing considering I hate Twitter but I made one because I love them.

The first time I entered the fandom I was like, The fans' comments are embarrasing! I mean, in Twitter, if the boys would tweet the replies would consist of 90% please-follow-me-back comments, and 7% half-hearted comments, 1% hate comments & 2% genuine normal-people-to-normal-people comments.

I am ashamed to admit that recently, I've contributed to the 90% comments. Idk, I guess you just get desperate at some point. Especially when it's just hours away to them being really known worldwide and you having a considerably small chance of having even just a follow back. I really think that 5SOS is tired of all those shit. I mean, they'd tweet about how tired they are or how bad they're feeling then you bombard them with replies saying you want a follow back from them. i'm really sorry for that 5SOS.

I also hate it when the the fandom treats 5SOS like a boyband. I mean, I joined a MCR group and though they ship Gerard and Frank they don't post shit like "Who's your favorite guy", or "Who's girl are you?". And the most annoying part is that since a lot of the fans are Directioners they post stuff about One Direction in the group. Like, Bitch, not that I don't like 1D, but this is a 5SOS group, aren't there groups that are made for people to be able to post stuff about 1d?. It also doesn't the fact that 90% of the fans are girls.

Congratulations with the BBMAS. I wish I've known you earlier, seriously. And I'm very proud of you, really I am, but I'm not going to lie, I'm also sad that, well, the world got bigger for you and the people got smaller. You're not our little secret anymore, I'm so proud. Seriously, I'm happy for you guys. Don't mind me. But I don't think you're gonna have a hard time doing that, 'cuz I don't you'll even be able to real this.

They might have been through so much, and we wouldn't even know a thing, so smile, so that perhaps, they can smile too.

I hope that, if anyone reading this, can smile, and make someone else smile too. Even if you have been through abuse, bullied, or even worse things can smile

Hey, you've been bullied? Well just think about the people who bullied you, they probably are going through something hard too, and just taking that out on you, of course that doesn't make it right for them to do so

So get them some help, even if they are putting on a tough side and might push you saying, "Who do you think I am! Who do you think YOU are for telling me this stuff!" might even steal your lunch money
