Pinhead won, Smiler got a black eye. Sorry I haven't been posting guys, just haven't gotten the courage to.
I was going through different backrooms wikis and the freewriting one has a bunch of variants of smilers, I thought I'd draw my interpretation of an aquatic subspecies.
(Yea ik there are better wikis, I like to look at all of them.)
It's an ambush predator that lives in shadowy parts of the poolrooms, or dark bodies of water almost anywhere in the backrooms. Instead of being made up of a mysterious spectral/gaseous black substance, it's made up of black ooze, making the creature more dense and better able to stay underwater to lurk and drown prey.
I really like the fandom wiki version of the smiler, with all the info about their biology and abilities. It makes it feel way more fleshed out. This guy is more based on this version of smilers, just being made of shadowy goop instead of smoke.

I figured drawing them as bat-wyverns was more original than as a regular or noodle dragon since I believe the original smiler image was a noodle dragon?
This took extra long bc I wanted to finish this sketch page of a new oc and post it at the same time ^^'
No idea what to name him (well I have a few ideas, but I'm pretty indecisive tbh) I'll take any name ideas tho :D
