I remember how this came up but a few years ago I asked a little kid if he knew what the tv show The Biggest Loser was about. He responded "It's where fat people compete to see who's the fattest!"

there was this one kid in my seventh grade gym class, who im pretty sure was the only one who used the showers in the locker room. he just stuck his hair in then quickly like dried it with a towel and brushed it out. I had the next period with him, science, too. one day he came into class out of breath and all his hair was sticking straight up. everyone noticed but nobody really said anything about it until my science teacher told him "you are a fantastic example of what happens when you mess around with electricity" and he came back with "I didn't have time I just came out of gym with wet hair and just kinda fluffed it with a towel to dry it up" and the teacher was like "sure you did" and so the kid raised his hand to ask a question and the teacher called on him with a "yes, finger socket boy?" the whole class laughed and I later found it amusing how little it took for middle school classrooms to find humor in situations like these.
