Correcting some pen suggestion(s) I gave the other day: I recently got a Hongdian M1 in <EF>. The nib is actually quite stiff, and good for monoline drawing! If you want the springy bouncy nib, then that would be the M2. (I had previously said both were springy because I had used my dad's M1 and it felt different, but I looked it up and yeah the M1 is meant to have a stiffer nib)

I made a really nice grey ink color by accident some time ago while not completely cleaning a pen before loading it up with Ghost Plant. The thing is I don't remember what ink was in there previously that mixed with it so ive been sitting here playing potions for the last 1.5 hours trying to figure it out

dont mean to be annoying, but ive seen you say that you have multiple twsbi ecos and i also plan on gettin one soon. so i wanted to ask if you prefer the broad or medium nib more for drawing? also have you even used a stub/1.1, im kinda scared it will be too wide haha

Okay I'm biased because I love drawing really small and/or with fine, non varying line widths!!! I only have a fine and broad. The fine seems too thick to draw with at times (for me) depending on the ink, but thats because I draw small! I've also only ever used one ink on the broad and its broaaaad I cant imagine using it for drawing (because i draw small, cause tbh i love how thick the lines are so if i Could draw with it i would lol)

I'll see about posting a line comparison soon 🐇 ive never used a stub nor do i plan to get one cause i personally would have no use for em LOL

I finally got a Dedicated swatchbook for my inks 🐇 previously id just been using the little notebook that I also just test/troubleshoot my pens in, so the actual swatches would get lost in between scribbles

Swatching them all neow and making sure to write down dates as well ^_^ im having a lot of fun!

Now that I've collected a good hue range of inks I've been having fun mixing em to get my ideal colors without buying more. I used the last one i got as a base and added 2 other inks to it and now its close to what I was looking for! Yay!

Recieved 2 new sharks today in <F> to try them out! Instant faves... Funny how the cheapest pens (platinum preppy, jinhao 82 and the jinhao sharks) have been my faves for writing so far LOL (havent tried them to draw though, might be different!)
