Introduction post! (Again)
Hi! I’m Smitha and to cope with the stress of life, I like to doodle funky characters. For now, those characters are mostly from media I’m a fan of, but soon you might see some that I came up with myself! (If I ever get around to putting my ideas to drawing, that is.)
Normally, this is where I’d keep a running list of all the things I’m interested in/fandoms and some details, but I have so many of them and the list changes so often that I’ll just spare the details lol. Just root around and if you see something you like, cool!
And now for an updated drawings collage:
Let’s be friends! I love to have people to talk about cool things with.
In the FE4 remake that's sure to be announced in tomorrow's Switch 2 direct, I personally think that we should have a custom "avatar" character with the ability to marry Deirdre (regardless of gender) and prevent anything bad from happening to her. With the power of friendship and (potentially gay) romance. : )
Also, I think Lewyn should be un-romancable by anyone in the cast who can have kids with him in order to ensure it's physically impossible for him to be a deadbeat father.
Finally, I think it's *totally* doable for Intsys to fold in the story of FE5 into the second generation.
I stretch out my shoulders and as they loudly crack and pop, a gentle mint colored glow begins to radiate from within me...
only on tumblr…
@fallen-star-777 has lately gotten me hooked on Takin' Over the Asylum, so here are some random thoughts from our chat about episode 2, AKA "My thoughts re: Campbell's bangs, and 'Yes, the blue curtains do have meaning'"
So, I think it's pretty interesting that Campbell kind of has his bangs/front part of his hair in his eyes (as opposed to being pushed to the side like normal) after the two scenes where he speaks to his father about the future and what he'll do after leaving the hospital. While I'm not sure if it's intentional, it feels like a neat visual way to reinforce that
He feels very ashamed and, in a way, exposed, around his dad. Campbell feels like he can't quite look his father in the eye, and perhaps wants to subconsciously hide away in whatever manner that he can.
The father and son can't see eye-to-eye because of their disagreements. Campbell's dad thinks the best course of action for his son would be to give up on his current DJ aspirations, seeing them as merely another lofty and flighty dream that will be promptly dropped, and have a career that, while emotionally unfulfilling, is stable. After all, he was able to give up his lofty dreams for something realistic. Obviously, his son completely disagrees. And as I so brilliantly (sarcasm) said in chat "You can't see someone's eyes when their hair is covering them" (thanks Captain Obvious)
Anyway, I'm completely hooked on this show now and it's all your fault Kars (how dare)
To the person reading this:
Your presence matters. If you were to disappear right now, there will be people who will notice your absence. There will be people who will miss you and your being in their lives. I know times are hard right now for many people for many reasons, but please stay around for yourself and for the people who care about you. They do exist, I promise.
Do yall know the feeling of a character being so mischaracterized in fanfiction, that it goes from being annoying to sort of funny?
Anyways, hi Seliph Fire Emblem
