Downtime from this maintenance is expected to be less than 20 minutes, however please note that the entire maintenance window may be used if required.

Major Outage at Datacenter

Update - Issue Resolved - 07:46 UTC

smqueue is down at the moment due to a Major Outage at the Datacenter, they are currently investigating the problem. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Update 02:25 UTC - We have received word from our Datcenter that there has been a power event in a section of the Datacenter. The affected space is where a critical part of the Datacenter network is located.      

Update 03:21 UTC - The estimated time to restoration is currently 9:30PM PST. The Datacenter has all hands on deck to get back online as soon as power is restored.

Update 04:37 UTC - Our Datcenter has provided a new estimated time to restoration of 10:00PM PST.

Update 05:08 UTC - Our Datcenter has provided a new estimated time to restoration of 11:30PM PDT.      

Update 07:16 UTC - We are currently rebooting the Servers and checking all services are running currently.

Tuesday, May 26th, 2015 between 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM PDT/PST. (Tuesday, May 26th, 2015 between 16:00 - 21:00 UTC).

A five-hour window is allocated, however the actual downtime can be much less. With this upgrade, a number of new features will be added.

Streamlined bulk upload process with imported preview images

New Landing Page

RSS Feeds with a new feature enabling you to set individual import times for social media profiles

New API code added for LinkedIn profiles

Servers upgrade to handle a larger volume of traffic

Facebook API Latency Error

Update - Issue Resolved 

Over the past few hours smqueue Facebook API is having errors / latency issues which is effecting posts from smqueue.

This issue has been investigate by our engineers and once resolved this post will be update.

System Outrage due to a Database problem

Update - Issue Resolved

In the last three hours smqueue has been having a problem with the new Database System which is effecting all queues from posting content.

We are currently working to resolved this and will update this status once fix the problem.
