Aloo Corn Chaat Cornado

Things you require:
2 medium sized boiled aloo
½ cup boiled chana
½ cup corn kernels
Tamarind chutney
Pudina chutney
½ cup chopped onions
1 cup crushed Cornado Thai Chilli Rush
Salt as per taste
Chaat masala
Red chilli powder
Black salt
Things you need to do:
Take a large bowl and mash boiled potatoes in it.
Add boiled chana, corn kernels and chopped onions.
Now, add chaat masala, black salt, red chilli powder, and salt in the bowl and mix all the ingredients properly.
Now add tamarind chutney, pudina chutney and crushed coronado and mix it well again.
Top it with coriander or you can also fill the remaining corn cones with the mixture.
Paneer Green Chilli Cornado Sandwich
Sandwich is one of the foods that is easy to make and irresistible to ignore. All the ingredients are easily available in the market and you don’t have to be a good cook to make a sandwich. Just a little bit of push and you can have it whenever you want. And when your sandwich is topped with Cornado you simply can’t resist. These crunchy snacks are easily available online or look for them in the supermarket.
What You Need:
100 grams crushed paneer
1 cup of capsicum
1 cup of corn kernels
1 cup of chopped onions
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 cup crushed Cornado Tomato Blast
4 slices of bread
For Sandwich Chutney
2 cup chopped coriander leaves
3-4 green chillies
2-3 garlic cloves
2 teaspoon cumin
1 tbsp sugar
½ cut lemon
Salt as per taste
How To Make:
For sandwich chutney put all the ingredients in a mixer bowl and blend it to make a smooth paste. Add water if needed.
In a large bowl add Cornado Tomato blast, paneer, capsicum, corn kernels, onion, cheese and sandwich chutney and mix it well.
Take 2 bread slices, spread butter on it and a little sandwich chutney.
Put the mixture on top of it and spread evenly.
Now grill it in a pan with butter.
Pro Tip: If you don’t want to make a sandwich you can also fill the Cornado corn cones with the mixture. It will be tasty and a total guest pleaser.
