Recipe below👇🏼, printable on the blog! #snacksarelife #paleo #norefinedsugar Ingredients: 2 cups Dry roasted, unsalted cashews 1/4 cup Honey 2 tbsp Butter 1 tbsp Tahini 2-3 tbsp White sesame seeds 2-3 tbsp Black sesame seeds 2 tbsp Macaroon coconut 1 tbsp Coconut sugar 1/2 tsp Maldon Flaky Salt Instructions: •Preheat oven to 350° and line a sheet pan with parchment paper. •Combine honey, butter and tahini in a sauce pan and heat over low heat until combined, stirring constantly. •Place cashews into a bowl and pour ingredients from sauce pan over top. Stir to coat. •In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over cashew mixture. •Pour out onto prepared sheet pan, using a spatula to get all the goodies! Be sure to spread them out so they get nice and crisp. •Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once or twice in between. Remove from oven when they look nice and golden and the topping is bubbly. Stir once more after you remove them from the oven and let cool completely. •Enjoy! Store any leftovers in a sealed container or zip lock bag.
