The sweet caramelized onions and sour blue cheese in this creamy and flavorful dip work perfectly together to make a perfect blend of tastes. This dip goes well with a lot of different things, like chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Ingredients: 2 large onions, thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 cup sour cream. 1 cup mayonnaise. 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring every now and then, for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the onions turn caramelized. Put sour cream, mayonnaise, and blue cheese crumbles in a bowl and mix them together. The browned onions and balsamic vinegar should be added and mixed in. Add pepper and salt to taste. An old-fashioned popcorn recipe that's versatile and quick to prepare.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup popcorn kernels. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Salt to taste.
Instructions: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn kernels to the pot, cover with a lid, and shake the pot to coat the kernels with oil. Continue to shake the pot occasionally as the popcorn pops, to prevent burning. Once the popping slows down, remove the pot from the heat and let it sit for a minute to allow any remaining kernels to pop. Season with salt to taste, and toss to coat evenly.

These homemade marshmallows are bursting with the sweet-tart flavors of raspberries and lemonade. Perfect for snacking, hot cocoa, or gifting!
Ingredients: 3/4 cup raspberry puree. 1/4 cup lemon juice. 3 tablespoons gelatin powder. 1/2 cup cold water. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1/2 cup corn syrup. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 cup cornstarch. Zest of 1 lemon. Pink food coloring optional.
Instructions: In a saucepan, combine the raspberry puree and lemon juice. Heat over low-medium heat until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and set aside. In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin powder over the cold water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to bloom. In a large saucepan, combine the granulated sugar, corn syrup, and salt. Stir over medium heat until the mixture reaches 240F 115C on a candy thermometer. Slowly pour the hot sugar mixture into the bloomed gelatin while continuously whisking. Be cautious as it will bubble up. Using an electric mixer, whip the mixture on high speed for about 10-12 minutes until it becomes thick and fluffy. Add in the raspberry-lemon mixture and lemon zest, and whip until well combined. Add pink food coloring if desired. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cornstarch. Dust a greased 9x9-inch 23x23 cm baking pan with some of this mixture to prevent sticking. Pour the marshmallow mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Dust the top with more of the powdered sugar-cornstarch mixture. Let the marshmallows set for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until firm. Once set, cut the marshmallows into squares and toss them in the remaining powdered sugar-cornstarch mixture to prevent sticking. Your Raspberry Lemonade Marshmallows are ready to enjoy!
