Place the sweet potatoes directly on the middle oven rack or in a baking dish and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until they yield to gentle pressure. Allow sweet potatoes to cool slightly, then peel off the skin. These foods also pack a lot more nutrients your body needs.⠀ ...⠀ I get it, a salad is not equivalent to the deliciousness of French fries. I enjoy eating healthy but I am not delusional. 🤪⠀ ...⠀ You can still have your fries but just keep in mind you might find they don’t keep you full as long and leave you feeling prematurely hungry after eating them. ⠀ ...⠀ The more processed a food is, the higher the chance of over-eating it is.
