Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4 large eggs. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a 9x13 inch 23x33 cm baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Stir in the granulated sugar and microwave for another 30 seconds to combine. Add the cocoa powder and mix until the batter is smooth and well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add them to the chocolate mixture. Mix well. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. Finally, fold in the chopped walnuts. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
