yeah at this university big classes like this are wild
like on one hand you can be in a GIANT room with 200+ people who all come to class and you’re grouped together in terms of being marked (Teachers Assistants will usually mark the assignments because of how many students there are) and individual students rarely get to interact with the Professor
the other hand is classes like this. The room and class CAN have 200 students but instead its like.....34-50 students who actually attend and there are huge spaces between each student. very weird
I prefer smaller classes myself but at UofT, lotttsss of big classes
