i have lots of little stories churning in my brain so some characters from them earned themselves playlists as i fleshed out their backgrounds :)

the first one i ended up giving a playlist to was a character by the title of the sun queen: a woman once full of joy for life and nature who was unexpectedly pulled into the role of being heir for her noble household after her older sibling died, leading her to be betrothed to another character, the night ruler. being subjected to this life forced on her, she has an affair with a noble to take back some control and ends up pregnant with twins, one who resembles her spouse and the other, her lover - with her clearly favoring the child who looks like her chosen partner and hating the other.

her playlist is meant to evoke feelings of yearning for a life that couldve been yours, codependency and using someone for comfort and escapism without always considering their feelings, lashing out and knowing you were wrong but never really knowing how to fix it, and wishing you never had to grow up at all.
