I love how Eren goes from grumbling about Jean to showing he cares about him by wishing he’ll be alright. This is why I love their relationship. They actually care about each other beneath all the rivalry.

Re-reading the uprising arc and Special Squad Levi are fools! I hope we can have just one more chapter of their foolishness because they are hilarious together. Levi's making ass jokes, Hange is wildin' out, and Mikasa's screaming bloody murder at Eren's mutilated face lol

I hate how people act like Eren just completely resented Grisha after he disappeared. Yes, there’s that scene after the Battle of Trost where he vents about not having heard back from him all those years, but he never hated him. I think he was just too scared of considering the possibility he was already dead.

Chapter 53 really tackled the issue of sexism and sexual harassment even in the snk world where they don’t really differentiate between the physical ability of a female and male. You can see how certain people in society still view women as sexual objects there.

So it really disgusts me that people make a joke out of this scene with Armin.
