The presence of another body in the viewing auditorium took him off guard, lights flipping on only to see a stranger sitting among the rows of empty chairs and looking skyward. Quickly enough, he righted himself, flicking the switch to sink them back into darkness.

Darkness enough, save for the twinkle of distant suns beyond the reinforced dome of glass.

By now, this place was dusty, an attic so to speak. As busy as they were, the crew didn’t have time to sink back into a velvet seat and just ogle at the aesthetic of space. The viewing room had begun to devolve to storage, boxes here and there among the chaos of loose papers and dangerously stacked crates.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t expect someone to be here,” spoken softly through the void, like one would whisper in the library. “I just need a few things and I’ll be out of your way...”

Old files, probably lost down here, made up the majority of those ‘few things’. Knowing how poorly the auditorium had been organized, it was likely to take him longer than he would hope. 

So much for getting in and out as quick as possible.

Despite other Guardian’s protests, only certain people can exile a guardian from the Tower. The Vanguard and the Speaker - though now, with the Speaker missing, most likely dead, the Vanguard are the remaining votes. And they are not going to allow their dear friend to be exiled. That would not do for the exo’s mental health which is already pretty broken and shattered.

Said Exo was currently on the upper parts of the courtyard, looking up at the night sky. He was sitting cross-legged, his robes spread out behind him with his Stag helmet by his feet. His Ghost was currently floating above him, recording the sky on his videologs. [ This night is beautiful! We haven’t seen stars this clear in ages it seems]

“Mh. It’s nice to be able to stargaze again. We haven’t in awhile.” He pauses there, the memories at the front of his mind before he shook it off, eying the arm. Seeing the stars brought multiple emotions. Joy, anger, and fear to name a few. He blinks his optics slowly, tilting his head behind him once he heard footsteps. It was rare for other guardian’s or even people, in general, to come in his direction.

A pause, the warlock tilted his head to glance at the other exo in front of him. He’s not entirely sure why she was near him in the first place. After all, he was infected by the virus - by the enemy no less.

“You’re not alone. You have your sibling and other exos ” Ethan reassures the female shifting to sit next to her. His body aches in places it hasn’t in awhile. Fucking Cabal.

Nevio : Okay, Sky, what did you have for breakfast this morning?

Skyden : Smartie cereal.

Nevio : Oh my god. I didn't know Smarties made a cereal.

Skyden : They don't. It's just Smarties in a bowl with milk.
