hi <3 thank you so much for the message :’) and this is gonna be difficult! i have a great affection for margaret, i really love her! i love how she deals with life and i think she has such relatable moments! but then, we have elizabeth as well…

in the series, we can see how she struggles with the crown and how it changes her life definitively, obviously! and even though i’m not a queen, i can also relate to her! i love the way she handles the “job” of being a queen and it’s extremely interesting, so… i will choose elizabeth! and her personality is more close to mine i believe ?????? idk… but again: i loooooove margaret so much!

1. book you’ve reread the most times? harry potter and the goblet of fire probably

2. top 5 books of all time? UHHHHHH WAY TOO HARD TO PICK but some all-time faves are the miseducation of cameron post by emily m danforth, the book thief by markus zusak, the doomsday book by connie willis, fangirl by rainbow rowell, and bleak house by charles dickens. some favorite series are fablehaven, a song of ice and fire, lord of the rings, vampire academy, and the grisha trilogy/six of crows.

3. what is your favorite genre? scifi/fantasy for sure

15. recommend and review a book: Burn Mark by Laura Powell is hands down one of the best books I’ve ever read in my entire life and I’ve never met anyone else who’s read it. Basically, the premise revolves around a gift called the Fae, the practice of which resembles folk magic in many ways, that randomly appears in a small percentage of the population and which is heavily persecuted and controlled, up until the modern day. The book is set in London, and follows two people with the Fae, Glory and Lucas, both of whom have significant power and who grew up in different environments with different attitudes towards the Fae. There’s magical gangs called covens, there’s realistic, not overdone portrayals of prejudice, and the two main characters feel like people, not cardboard cutouts of angsty teens. There’s also a sly undercurrent of very British humor that reminds me of J. K. Rowling. 5/5 stars, go read it now (There’s also a sequel, Witch Fire, which is also amazing, but sadly as far as I know the author has no plans to publish any more books).

18. do you like historical books? which time period? i used to be super into historical fiction but now i’m much more picky in that area bc of bad experiences (pgregs and weir mostly) so i prefer to read about eras i don’t know as much about so i don’t cringe at every inaccuracy and original characters far removed from bigwig historical figures.
