guess whose art tablet isn't working properly!!

it's not fully impossible to draw with but suffice to say it is immensely frustrating to try, and while the issues I'm having aren't new, none of the fixes that used to work have any effect now

more to the point I've been using this computer and tablet for almost 10 years, and after stubbornly sticking with windows 7 for as long as physically possible (which I do not need to be told is a bad thing nowadays, I Am Aware) my computer bluescreens multiple times a week, so even if my tablet were to magically start working as normal tomorrow it's a sinking ship either way

all that is to say hopefully it won't be too long before I'm able to draw again but I do not know when that will be 👍

(and also the halloween art I'd been excitedly planning since summer will not get to be drawn this year. the real horror of halloween 2024 is Technical Difficulties)

it's been several days already so hopefully the worst will be over soon and eventually I can get back to regular art and replies, but I'm still feeling extremely rough rn. this has not been a good month.......

I'm gonna just keep resting but I did at least manage a doodle fueled by Pure Spite today
